Everything was fine overall. The room was a nice size and well-appointed, especially the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was free with Continental fare, and the staff were hard-working and especially helpful. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to a Carrefour, travel/tourism office, the famous Tapestries, and a short walk to the train station, the center, and a beautiful square at the back. It also was next to the river.

The hotel was attractive with a good choice of well-appointed rooms. I liked the room with a comfy bed. The location was absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a Roman Catholic church.

The staff, especially Claire, are helpful, and the hotel is situated in the historic center of Bayeux. Additionally, the property is just a 5-minute walk from a medieval tapestry museum. it was a very enjoyable stay in a quiet medieval town.

Hotel Reine Mathilde is a fantastic little accommodation with very good service in the heart of Bayeux. The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, close to a museum and a cathedral. It's in a very, very nice area.

Everything was modern, the service was excellent. Location: the hotel was near center of Bayeux's historic area, and city attractions and parking garage. My stay here was enjoyable.

The room was clean and had a nice view of the river and medieval architecture. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to everything. We also enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel and the convenience of nearby parking.

The room was a bit small and would have been better if it was larger. The buffet breakfast was nothing special and the breakfast room lacked atmosphere.

Plenty of breakfast options available in the bar, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Baron Gerard Museum - can't beat that! 🍳.

Poor shower drain and poor heating. No kettle.

The hotel was gorgeous and immaculately clean with a comfortable bar. All the staff members were very amiable and extremely helpful. The breakfasts here were warm and free with English or Continental fare. I had a very lovely experience and would come there again.
